Where financial services innovation meets action
Meet the institutions delivering real AI results — not just talking about technology. Connect with leaders who’ve moved from pilot to production and hear how they’re driving efficiency, reducing cost, improving customer experience, and strengthening risk management. Walk away with strategies you can actually implement. This is your community. This is where outcomes begin.
Why Attend?
- Outcomes Over Hype: Hear directly from EMEA leaders who’ve moved AI past pilots to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost, experience, and risk. Real institutions. Real numbers.
- Network with Decision-Makers: Connect with C-suite executives from Europe and Middle East’s leading financial institutions and forge partnerships that accelerate your transformation.
- From Vision to Value, Faster: Get practical frameworks to sequence capabilities, assess readiness, and accelerate time-to-outcome instead of just time-to-deployment.
- See the Outcomes in Action: Experience Banking Advisor, see our Digital Partners in action, and learn about nCino’s latest capabilities through interactive demos focused on the efficiency, experience, and risk outcomes they deliver.
- Benchmark What Matters: Compare your operational outcomes — onboarding speed, cost-to-serve, risk posture — against Europe’s highest-performing institutions.
- One Day, Maximum Outcomes: A structured agenda built around vision, outcomes, value, and methods — so every session connects back to what you can deliver when you’re back at your desk.

Casper Berry
Former professional poker player & consultant on risk management, decision-making and innovation
Caspar Berry's path from economist to professional poker player - and back to the boardroom - is one of the most compelling stories in modern strategic thinking. As an adviser to the production of Casino Royale, he helped bring authentic probability-based decision-making to the screen. He then put the theory into practice, spending years competing at the highest levels in Las Vegas. Today, Caspar works with boards and executive teams across industries, using the lens of poker to reframe how leaders approach uncertainty, calculated risk, and high-stakes choice.
